Draft for review — pending counsel. This document describes Saludlink's current practices and is not yet final. It is pending review by qualified legal counsel and may change before it takes effect.

Saludlink complies with applicable federal civil rights laws and does not discriminate, exclude people, or treat them differently on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex.

Services for people with disabilities. We provide, free of charge, aids and services to people with disabilities to communicate effectively with us — such as accessible electronic formats and other assistance. See our Accessibility statement.

Language assistance. We provide, free of charge, language-assistance services to people whose primary language is not English. Our website and support are offered in English and Spanish, and we will work to assist speakers of other languages on request.

How to raise a concern or file a grievance. If you believe Saludlink failed to provide these services or discriminated in another way, you may file a grievance with our Civil Rights Coordinator at support@saludlinkusa.com, or by mail to Saludlink, Inc. at the address on our Contact page. We will not retaliate against you for filing a grievance.

Filing with the government. You may also file a civil rights complaint with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office for Civil Rights, electronically through its Complaint Portal at ocrportal.hhs.gov, or by mail or phone. [Final nondiscrimination notice, tagline languages, and coordinator details to be confirmed by counsel based on applicable requirements.]
