Editorial Policy

Purpose. Our Learn journal publishes general health-education content to help you make informed decisions about weight and metabolic health. It is educational only and is not medical advice (see our Medical Disclaimer).

Who writes our content. Articles are written by the Saludlink editorial team. We tell you who wrote a piece, and we do not attribute content to authors or reviewers who were not involved.

How we source and cite. We rely on reputable, primarily U.S. sources — such as the FDA, CDC, and established medical institutions and peer-reviewed literature — and we cite the sources used so you can verify them. We aim for accuracy and plain language over hype.

No unsupported claims. Consistent with FDA and FTC standards, we do not claim that any product or approach diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents disease, or state benefits that are not supported by those authorities. We describe what evidence does and does not show.

On medical review — an honest note. Our articles are written and cited by our editorial team; they are NOT individually reviewed or endorsed by a licensed clinician, and we do not label them as “medically reviewed.” They are a starting point for learning, not a substitute for personalized advice from your own provider.

Independence and disclosure. Saludlink sells wellness products, so we have a commercial interest. We keep educational content separate from sales copy, and where content refers to products we sell or to any material connection, we disclose it. Editorial content is not for sale.

User-generated content. Product reviews are moderated before publication; reviews that make unsupported health or disease-treatment claims, or that include personal health details, are not approved. Reviews from verified purchasers are labeled as such.
